Indiana offers several Medicare assistance programs to help cover the cost of paying for healthcare. Medicaid, a state funded program, can help low-income Medicare beneficiaries with out-of-pocket drug costs and copayments. The Indiana Association of Area Agencies on Aging (IAAAA) is an agency that can help the elderly of Indiana find the plans that are best for them as well as find agencies that can help them pay out of pocket costs.
