Nevada Medicare Assistance Programs
Nevada’s Medicaid program helps eligible residents of Nevada cover some of their recurring medical costs.
Nevada also offers two prescription drug programs; called Nevada Disability Rx and Senior Rx and both can help pay copayments and related medical supplies.
Nevada also has the SHIP program, which is run by the Nevada Aging and Disabilities Services Division. This program helps Nevada Medicare beneficiaries with counseling and educational services about the various Medicare programs in Nevada. Medicare Savings Programs are also available through the Medicaid Office.
