New Mexico Medicare Assistance Programs
The New Mexico Medicaid program, also called Medical Assistance is funded by the state of New Mexico and helps eligible Medicare enrollees with medical expenses.
New Mexico also offers two prescription assistance programs for those who cannot afford their medications called the NM SenioRx program in addition to the NMRx program.
New Mexico has a Benefits Counseling program, which is the State Health Insurance Program and provides Medicare beneficiaries with counseling services and education on the many Medicare programs in New Mexico.
